Lots of Painting!

Well, I've finally gone and taken some new pictures of the house! I couldn't really go in for the past month because the painters have been spraying all the trim and doors in the house and staining all the woodwork. It took a good week after they were done with that phase before I could go in and actually breath! They are currently painting all of my color selections on the walls and should be done next week!

Some of the lighting has also been installed. Mainly ceiling fans or anything other ceiling fixture. Bath fixtures that go on the wall will wait until after painting is complete. Workers have also resumed work on the deck! It is so nice to be able to walk out there for the first time and visualize the space! The wood siding and stone is also being installed on the front of the house. Lots of work currently being done right now. It is so fun to see the transformation!!

Back deck. Fireplace still needs stone and the railing and screens still have to be installed on deck.

The section sticking out past the covered deck is my grilling deck. It will not be screened in (ventilation) and this is where the stairs will come off to go down to yard.

Dining room piece. I had it stained/painted to match my new dining room table which has black legs with a cherry stain on top!

Entryway of house. Light fixture is installed and there is paint on the walls!

Basement kitchen. I love these pendant lights! Now it just needs countertop and backsplash!
